Green Note Ltd, The Basement Bar, NW1 7AN , [Venue Details]Lou & Leo are two London based singer-songwriters, Louella JC and Leo Palzer. They combine their own repertoire of original songs with re-workings of trad folk, Americana and other genres, telling both true and fictional stories of women, of love, anger, laughter, injustice and revenge.
They have played widely across the folk clubs of London and are becoming well known for the dark material of the stories we tell with the occasional flash of humour, punctuated by intricate harmonies and underlined with guitar, banjo, ukulele and sometimes other instruments.
